MEET RICHIE
Richie is a lifelong resident of West Virginia. He served his country in Vietnam as a Military Intelligence Officer and was awarded the Bronze Star. He is a graduate of Marshall University where he was Captain of the football team and senior class president. He earned his JD from Capital Law School. In 1975, he was elected Mayor of South Charleston at 29 years old. During Richie's time as mayor the city of South Charleston was was one of the most prosperous cities in America. Richie did not seek re-election in 2007.
Richie is a husband, father, and grandfather. Richie's wife and son are both public school teachers. Richie is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court
